Stronger Brains. Stronger Families. Stronger Communities.
It all started with one family. At The Brain Care Clinic, we believe brain performance should not be limited to one household member.
When an adult enrolls in an eligible neurofeedback program, qualifying children in the immediate family may participate in neurofeedback training at no additional training cost. Our Kids Train Free program was created to help more families experience the value of brainwave education, personalized training, and greater awareness of the habits that support focus, regulation, recovery, and performance.
This program reflects a simple belief: when families learn and grow together, the benefits can extend far beyond the neurofeedback session.
Kids Train Free. How It All Began
Kids Train Free began with one family.
Their child was experiencing significant challenges with behavior and emotional regulation, and the strain was affecting the entire household. When our mentor met with the parents, she recognized that they were carrying an enormous amount of stress while trying to support their child.
That conversation highlighted something important: a child’s environment matters. When parents are overwhelmed, exhausted, or constantly operating under pressure, it can become more difficult for the entire family to establish the consistency, calm, and supportive routines that help everyone function at their best.
We also knew that many parents would willingly invest in support for their children while continuing to place their own needs last. Even when parents could benefit from training and education themselves, they might decline because their instinct would be to prioritize their child.
We wanted to remove that barrier.
Kids Train Free became our community give-back program so that families would not have to choose between supporting the child and supporting the adults who care for them. When a parent enrolls in a qualifying neurofeedback program, eligible children in the immediate family may train at no additional cost.
The program reflects our belief that meaningful change is often supported by the family system, not just one individual. When parents and children learn together, they can develop a shared language around sleep, stress, recovery, focus, emotional awareness, and brain performance.
What began with one family became part of our larger mission: to help create a ripple effect that reaches beyond the training session and into the home, the classroom, and the community.
The Benefits of Families Training Together
Every family member has an individual brain, personality, lifestyle, and set of goals. Training together does not mean that everyone follows the same protocol. Each participant's neurofeedback recommendations are personalized according to their individual brain activity, age, goals, feedback, and training response.
What families can share is the experience of learning, reflecting, and building supportive routines together.
A Shared Language for Brain Performance
Children may not always have the words to explain when they feel mentally overloaded, tired, unfocused, overstimulated, or emotionally depleted.
Brainwave education and coaching can give families a more constructive way to discuss what they are noticing. Instead of labeling behavior as simply “good” or “bad,” families can become more curious about sleep, stress, workload, recovery, and the environment surrounding the behavior.
The Ripple Effect
Our mission extends beyond the person sitting in the neurofeedback chair. We believe that when one person develops greater awareness of their brain, habits, and performance patterns, that knowledge can influence the people around them. When an entire family participates, that potential ripple effect becomes even greater.
In the Home
A household with a shared understanding of sleep, stress, recovery, and brain performance may be better equipped to communicate about daily challenges.
Families can begin replacing frustration and assumptions with curiosity, observation, and more constructive conversations.
In the Classroom
Children carry their routines, self-awareness, and developing performance skills into the classroom.
Greater awareness of energy, focus, preparation, recovery, and emotional state may help children become more active participants in their own learning experience, as well as have greater awareness of social norms and a higher likelihood of social participation and integration. Parents may also be better prepared to communicate observations and support consistent routines at home.
In the Community
Families influence schools, sports teams, workplaces, friendships, and neighborhoods.
When children and adults learn to value brain health, recovery, education, and personal accountability, they can carry those principles into the broader community. One family's experience can encourage another family to ask better questions, learn more about the brain, or become more intentional about their own habits.
That is the ripple effect we hope to create: educated individuals supporting stronger families, and stronger families contributing to healthier, more connected communities.
Our Commitment to Education
Kids Train Free is not simply a promotional offer. It reflects our belief that neuroscience education should be shared.
We want children to grow up understanding that their brains are dynamic, that daily habits matter, and that performance is influenced by both effort and recovery. We want parents to feel informed rather than overwhelmed. Most importantly, we want families to become active participants in understanding their own patterns and progress.
Our goal is not to tell families who they should become. It is to give them tools, education, and personalized support as they learn more about how their brains function.
Is Your Family Eligible?
Kids Train Free is available to qualifying dependent children when a parent or legal guardian participates in an eligible neurofeedback program. Brain mapping, equipment, assessments, reports, or other program-related services may be subject to separate fees and eligibility requirements.
Participation recommendations are made individually based on age, training readiness, program suitability, and family circumstances.

Together, we can help your family better understand the brain, build greater awareness, and create a ripple effect that reaches from your home into the classroom and the community.
Greater Understanding and Empathy
When parents participate in neurofeedback themselves, they gain firsthand experience with the training process.
They understand what it feels like to complete a session, notice subtle changes, track progress, and communicate feedback. This shared experience may help parents approach their children's training with greater patience, empathy, and realistic expectations.
Children can also see that brain performance is not something only they need to work on. The entire family is learning together.
More Consistent Routines
The habits that support brain performance are often easier to maintain when the household participates together.
Families may become more intentional about:
Sleep and bedtime consistency
Hydration and nutrition
Movement and physical activity
Recovery after demanding days
Screen habits and mental stimulation
Communication about mood, energy, and focus
Weekly reflection and progress tracking
The goal is not to create a perfect routine. It is to help families recognize which habits appear to support each person's individual performance.
Positive Modeling
Children learn from what adults consistently demonstrate.
When parents prioritize sleep, recovery, emotional awareness, movement, and their own brain performance, they model that personal development is a lifelong process. They show their children that asking for support, learning about the brain, and building healthier routines are signs of responsibility rather than weakness.
A More Connected Experience
Neurofeedback training can create opportunities for meaningful family conversations.
Parents and children can compare observations, celebrate consistency, discuss goals, and recognize progress together. These conversations can help turn an individual service into a shared experience centered on learning, encouragement, and accountability.
Personalized Training for Every Family Member
Although families may participate together, every brain is evaluated individually.
Our process may include:
QEEG brain mapping
Personalized neurofeedback recommendations
A Brain Performance Summary
A Recommended Training Schedule
Training metrics and progress tracking
Client and parent feedback
Sleep, recovery, and lifestyle observations
Neuroscience-based educational insights
Ongoing review and adjustment when appropriate
We do not assume that a parent's brainwave patterns will be the same as a child's or that siblings will require the same approach. Each training plan is developed around the individual while remaining connected to the family's broader goals and routines.
