About Us
Our Story: From Recovery to Resilience
After facing a series of life-altering challenges, Jessica discovered how profoundly stress and early experiences can shape the brain and body. Over the course of eight years, she explored a variety of personal-growth and wellness approaches — from immersive programs and community support to coaching and faith-based learning. While each step offered insight, she continued searching for a sustainable way to strengthen her mind, restore balance, and reconnect with purpose.
Through performance coaching and neurofeedback, Jessica experienced a defining shift — a renewed sense of clarity, calm, and focus that allowed her to return to school with a mission: to help others achieve their own version of balance and excellence.
Alongside her, Zack, a former athlete who had experienced repeated head impacts, joined her in the neurofeedback chair. Training together helped him cultivate a sense of peace, focus, and steady energy that reignited his drive and confidence.
In 2020, Jessica, Zack, and their longtime friend Paula Camarena founded The Brain Care Clinic — a space dedicated to training the brain for resilience, performance, and purpose.
Today, Jessica continues to share her story as a message of hope and transformation, inspiring others to embrace their own growth journey. At The Brain Care Clinic, peak performance isn’t just a goal — it’s a lifestyle of clarity, calm, and connection.

After a successful 23-year career as a real estate agent and broker, Jessica redirected her passion for helping and mentoring others into the field of mental wellness. She drew on the skills she honed in real estate—particularly during her three-year term on the Women's Council of Realtors Orange County board of directors—to develop a luxury brand built on high-end customer service and personal connection.
In 2020, Jessica founded The Brain Care Clinic, bringing a new level of care and attention to the neurofeedback space. Within just three years, she expanded into multiple office locations, a testament to her leadership and commitment to client-centered growth.
Jessica is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology at Regent University and is on track to graduate in Fall 2025. She plans to continue her education in a graduate program to further deepen her expertise and expand her impact in the helping professions.
As our Executive Brain Coach and Lead Technician, Jessica is a natural at helping others connect the dots. She works closely with individuals and families to identify their progress, providing customized tools and resources to ensure each client gets the most out of their training.
